Free global shipping on orders over $59 USD. Excluding tax, and after discounts are applied.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods or holidays.
Delivery Times
Standard shipping usually takes 6–12 business days, depending on your location. While we strive to meet these delivery windows, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may affect delivery times.

We partner with reputable carriers like Yun Express to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. The specific carrier for your order will be selected based on the most efficient delivery method for your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing tracking details. You can use this information to monitor your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date.
Returns
At this moment, we do not accept returns due to hosiery being considered an “intimate item” and for hygienic reasons.
All sales are final. Please be sure to choose the correct size and style before finalizing your order.
Exchanges
Unless we sent you a wrong size, (you will know from the sticker attached to the packaging) we would be more than happy to exchange your item. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at czlczl552@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept refunds once items have been shipped to the destination with your tracking number. About we send you a wrong item, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
